    PERSONAL SITES

    A Personal Site is a site that does not sell anything or provide services that earn a profit. IF your site falls under that category please read the commercial site terms of use below.
  •  May use my purchaseware and linkware without any extra charge. NO URL? PLEASE SEE THE PRINTING TERMS. NO MSN GROUPS.

  •   Your site MUST BE FAMILY FRIENDLY...absolutely no hate, racism, pornography, or anything of the sorts...YUCK!

  •   Your site MUST BE IN ENGLISH or have an English version. I only speak English therefore I must be able to read your site to know what it's about.

  •   You ABSOLUTELY MUST USE THE LOGOS PROVIDED TO LINK TO ME at http://www.whispyhollow.com on EACH AND EVERY PAGE you use my graphics on no matter how small! I work very hard and put a lot of heart into these graphics...it's only fair I get the credit. Thankyou!

  •   You also MUST have the no right click script, and the IE image tool bar disabled on ALL pages. If you don't know what these are please visit Dynamic Drive to get them.

  •   It is also IMPERATIVE that you download the linkware graphics to your OWN server. DO NOT direct link to me. Direct linking steals my bandwidth which I have to pay for so in essence, you're stealing money right out of my pocket when you do this.

  •   DO NOT alter my graphics in any way by any means. This includes, adding text to anything other than those graphics I have provided strictly for that purpose, recoloring, resizing, animating, and anything of that nature. My graphics are to remain AS IS!

  •   DO NOT claim my graphics as your own or offer them for download on any of your pages. I OWN the copyright to all these g]aphics and doing so would be ILLEGAL and any and all legal actions will be taken against you should you choose not to comply.

  •   My graphics May NOT be turned into tubes or used to create Stationary or anything of that nature.

  •   The only graphics allowed for use in emails will be designated as a "Signature Tag"...any other graphics are not permitted for use in emails.

  •   If you use any of my graphics on your pages I would love an email so that I can come visit and see what you've done!

    PRINTING USE


  •   First and foremost I have NO IDEA how good my graphics are for printing as I know nothing about this sort of thing...YET. I do know that I have a few clients who love to use my graphics for scrapbooking. If this pertains to you you MUST pay a $10 registration fee to use my graphics for HOME PRINT projects only. Absolutely nothing may be printed for projects that you sell or make a profit from. Please go to the PURCHASEWARE page and use the paypal button to purchase your printing registration before you take anything from linkware or purchase any collections. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GI[V]EN!

  •  Commercial sites are welcome to use my graphics ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR DECORATION ONLY without any additional fees.

    EBAY USERS


  •  I welcome eBay sellers to either register with me or purchaes my collections at no additional fees. A link to http://www.whispyhollow.com MUST be placed on ALL of your auction pages where my graphics are used. I know there has been some question as to whether linking outside of eBay is allowed however this issue has been addressed with eBay and they have stated that as long as the link is to a site that provides a service(like myself) then it is allowed. I'm aware that eBay only allows a certain dimension for logos so a text link is perfectly acceptable. If you are looking to purchase a collection from me please also provide me with your seller's list URL in the URL section on the collections page.

  •  You are more than welcome to place my site in your portfolio as a recommended graphic artist for your clients...infact, I'd be honored! PLEASE note that each and every client you have that would like to use my graphics must purchase their own sets and must be willing to follow the TOU's that pertain to their website as well.
