BEFORE you email...please read below to see if maybe I've already answered your questions for you.
Please know that I absolutely DO NOT mind answering your questions and helping out in anyway that I can. But because I do receive many emails a day asking the same kinds of questions I thought it might be helpful to you(and me too*Ü*) if I were to create a page that might answer some of your questions ahead of time. By all means if you don't find the answers to your questions here please feel free to drop me an email. You can do so by clicking the mailbox at the bottom of the page.
- 1. How do you draw your graphics?
I use PSP 7 to create my graphics. You can check out Corel for a trial version or to purchase the program. I found that using Google and doing a search for "PSP Tutorials" helped me learn my way around PSP. It is very important to remember, however, that originality is key. You should never copy another person's creations nor claim someone else's graphics as your own. While you may find inspiration in other graphic sites on the net...it's important that your creations stem from your own ideas.
- 2. I'm looking for a custom webset or creation...can you make one for me?
I have found that doing custom orders turns out to be a lot more stress than it's worth. For me, it's very difficult to go outside my realm of ideas and create something that meets someone else's demands. Due to this, and the demands of meeting a deadline, I'm unable to accept custom orders at this time.
- 3. How can I learn html?
Html comes like second nature to me! I do 90% of my coding by hand. It's really not that hard once you get the hang of it. I learned all of the basics of html by following AOL's computer center tutorials and then went from there. If you don't have AOL then I find that Lissa Explains it All is an AWESOME resource for beginners and advanced users. It's a website designed for kids to learn the ins and outs of operating a website yet just about everyone I know uses it. It also gets into the fancy stuff like dhmtl and css coding and what not. You can also check out Dynamic Drive They also have neat page tricks you can use. For javascripting I use The Java Script Kit They've also got tons of great codes for you to help gussy up your pages!
You also need to have a place to host your website. There are TONS of hosting sites out there for free... Geocites, Tripod, Angelfire, and Homestead to name a few. Many of which have their own page builders. But if you'd like more control over your space and website(including getting rids of those oh so annoying pop up ads) then your best bet is to purchase a domain and find a smaller more personal hosting site. My site is hosted by Jana at Love 4 Country. I can't say enough about her! She has the option of owning your own domain or having your site hosted by her where you can use "yourwebssite.love4country.com". She's very flexible, prices are extremely reasonable, and the personal one on one help is wonderful! I also have many other friends out there who do hosting. Below you can find a few that I'm sure you'll be happy with!

- 4. I have lost all of my purchased graphics, can you please resend them to me?
I will resend purchased collections as long as the purchase can be verified through paypal. Paypal only keeps a record of purchases up to a year, so your purchase must have been made within that time frame. Sig Tag purchases will not be re-created. I usually delete them off my computer soon after they are created so please take careful precautions of backing up all of your files.
- 5. My purchased collection/sig tags came to me in a zipped format. How do I open it?
All of my collections ...and occassionally sigtag purchases will be in zipped format. You need an unzipping tool to open them. I use WinZip. Visit their website to download a trial or purchase the full version.
- 6. It has been more than 24 hours since I purchased a set and I haven't received anything. What do I do?
I have an account set up with Payloadz who send out emails to where my graphics can be downloaded on my behalf. It works through paypal when a purchase is made. However, not everything s 100% failsafe and occassionally there are glitches in the system. Should this occur...please just drop me an email with your purchase and your paypal email address and I will send you the zip file myself. PLEASE don't automatically assume that I'm holding your purchase for hostage *Ü*
If you haven't found your answer to your question here please feel free to drop me an email. Like I said before I'm always happy to help wherever I can. I do get lots of mail so please don't feel insulted if I don't get back to you right away...it usually takes me a while but I get there eventually. Click on the mailbox below to send me a note...be sure to remove AT and DOT and replace with the appropriate characters. Thanks!
